This website is operated by Sample World. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and
“our” refer to Sample World.

Sample World offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services
available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms,
conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and
agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, customers,
vendors, merchants and contributors of content.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services. 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services worldwide.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the legal age in your country or region of residence.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may
you violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
You must not transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms may result in immediate termination of your access
to our services.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service
without express written permission from Sample World.
Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over secure networks.
SECTION 3 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Sample World sells digital products including but not limited to:
● Sample packs
● Serum presets
● Project files
● Vocal packs
● Bonus packs
● Video courses
● Educational content
All products are delivered as digital downloads after payment is completed.
Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once delivered, unless
required by applicable law.
SECTION 4 – LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS
When purchasing a product from Sample World, you receive a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the sounds in your own music productions.
You are allowed to:
✔ Use the sounds in commercial music productions
✔ Release tracks on streaming platforms
✔ Use sounds in films, games, DJ sets and media
✔ Modify and process the sounds
You are not allowed to:
❌ Share the files with others
❌ Upload files to file-sharing websites
❌ Resell or redistribute the sounds
❌ Include the sounds in another sample pack
❌ Provide download access to third parties
SECTION 5 – ANTI-PIRACY POLICY
You understand that sharing this sample pack and video course is strictly prohibited and may
lead to fines of up to €750 per item.
Every pack has its own unique ID connected to personal and payment details.
Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, or distribution may result in legal action.
Please respect the work of the producers and vocalists involved in creating these sounds.
SECTION 6 – VIDEO COURSES
Sample World may offer digital educational products, including video courses and
masterclasses.
All courses are provided for personal educational use only.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
● Sharing course access with others
● Redistributing course content
● Uploading course videos to file-sharing websites
● Selling or distributing course material
Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in legal action and fines of up to €750 per
product.
SECTION 7 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRE-ORDERS
Some products may be displayed before their official release date.
These products may include countdown timers or pre-order options.
If a pre-order is placed, the product will become available for download once the official
release date has been reached.
SECTION 8 – PROFESSIONAL AUDIO SERVICES
Sample World offers professional audio services including:
● Mixing
● Mastering
● Mixing & Mastering
● Track Feedback / Mix Review
By purchasing one of these services, the customer agrees to provide the required audio files
or stems through the requested upload method (for example Swiss Transfer)
Customers are responsible for ensuring all files are correct, complete, and accessible.
Sample World cannot be held responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect files.
While ordering a Mixing & Mastering or Track Feedback Service: submit your track following
the mentioned on the page specifications. It must be 100% correct. A 50% refund is only
possible if something was forgotten, as the engineers / teachers will have already spent time
on your work.
SECTION 9 – DELIVERY TIMES
The standard delivery time for audio services is approximately five (5) business days after
all required files have been received.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday.
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not counted as business days.
SECTION 10 – SPEED SERVICE
If the Speed Service add-on is selected, the estimated turnaround time is approximately 24
hours.
Speed Service processing is available from Sunday through Thursday only.
Orders submitted on Friday or Saturday will be processed starting the next business
day.
SECTION 11 – DELIVERY HOURS
Deliveries are made 24/7 within 5 seconds after purchase for all digital producers. For
service Mixing & Mastering and Track Feedback it is between Monday & Friday.
Delivery of services is typically completed before Friday 16:00 Amsterdam time (CET).
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we always aim to complete services within
the estimated timeframe.
SECTION 12 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include Dutch VAT where applicable.
We accept the following payment methods:
● iDEAL
● Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
● PayPal
● Klarna
Prices may change at any time without notice.
SECTION 13 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may include integrations or links to third-party services such as:
● Shopify
● payment providers
● file transfer services
We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party services.
SECTION 14 – PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the website or its content:
● for unlawful purposes
● to infringe intellectual property rights
● to distribute malware or malicious code
● to scrape or copy website content
● to attempt unauthorized access to systems
Violation may result in termination of access.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sample World shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages resulting from the use of our website, products or services.
SECTION 17 – TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if a user violates these Terms or
distributes purchased products illegally.
SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sample World regarding the
use of our services.
SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws
of the Netherlands.
SECTION 20 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
